At Blue Cottage you will experience new generation hospitality where we are trying to connect environment friendly amenities, modern design and local authenticity.

Blue Cottage it is a peace of Art surrounded by 7 acres of private land and forest, it has independent access to the lake with private dock and almost 2000 sqf indoor play ground.

    To keep clean a place and protect environment we ask our guests to recycle:

    Recycling needs to be put in recycling bins only. No BAGS NEED

    PLEASE DO NOT USE BLACK BAGS

    *The Host can charge extra fee for garbage in case it was not recycled correctly.

    Do not use bed blankets outside
  • Oil
    Do not discharge any oil products in a center island sink. This sink tends to clog. Please use the sink on the right of stow
  • No parties / Guests
    No parties or events are allowed. Only guests listed on Airnbn are allowed to be in the property
  • Back yard
    Please, DO NOT leave any food outside of the house. It could attract wild animals
  • No Photoshoots
    The commercial use of the property only by consent of the owner
  • Damages
    Any damage made to the property or furnishings which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guests and reported to Airbnb
  • Windows
    Don't open windows
  • Floor temperature
    Each area of the property is heated by heated floors. We recommend keep it at 22 Celsius
  • Please be advised that for security purposes perimeter of the property is monitored by cameras

    Please be advise that the Hot Tub temperature while not in use should be maintained at 94 degrees Fahrenheit.

    1 hour ahead of using bring temperature up to 101

AGA cooking table
If you see first time an AGA cooking table we will explain how to use it:


  1. AGA Is always ON. Please be cautious while around it. Please keep kids away front the oven as it could cause a burn.
  2. As you could already see sections on the top and cabinets already warm and ready to be used.
  3. Check attached image with short explanation for each section
  4. There is no control of the temperature
  5. You can boil, warming , slow cook and baking.
  6. Ps. Queen of England has the same oven attached there palace.
  7. ENJOY AGA EXPERIENCE and your royal dishes.
Heat & A/C
Blue chalet is a place where we tried to connect sustainable living concepts with technology to preserve the environment through energy efficiency and reduction of harmful waste.

100% of Heat and AC at the property is generated from geothermal energy.

Also property has a generator . It's automatically turning ON in case there is a power outage.

Have fun and enjoy your stay
Fishing
The cottage has private access to the lake, you can enjoy fishing in surrounding of nature all year round. We DO NOT provide necessary supplies for fishing.
Sport activities
On our territory there are several sports grounds for children and adults. We offer canoe, paddle board. Also you can enjoy hiking and road bicycle trails.
(The host doesn't provide bikes)
Wood
We provide 1 bag of wood per stay.
Sauna
Only by guest's request, has additional cost
Game and TV Room
We offer our guests almost 2000 sqf indoor play ground for kids and adults
CHECK OUT AT 11 AM
  • Please leave the house as you generally found it
  • Wash the dishes prior to leave the Cottage
  • Please leave used towels and sheets on the floor in a day of CHECK OUT
  • Leave the garbage bags at the shed house
  • Check your Luggage
  • Please, lock every door and leave the key in the locker
  • Have a safe drive to your home
